Terms of Service

These terms govern use of EuroHoster IT Technologies services. By ordering or using a service, the customer accepts these terms.

Services are provisioned after successful payment and remain active for the paid period. Recurring invoices must be paid by their due date. Fees already spent on provisioned infrastructure may be non-refundable.

Acceptable use

Spam, malware, phishing, fraud, attacks, copyright infringement and activity prohibited by applicable law are not allowed. EuroHoster may suspend a service when necessary to protect customers, third parties or the network.

Availability and support

We maintain the infrastructure with reasonable care. Planned maintenance and events outside our control may affect availability. Support is provided through the client area and published contact channels.

Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for account credentials, backups, software configuration, licenses and lawful use. Contact support before ordering if a specific requirement is essential.

Changes

We may update these terms as services and legal requirements change. The current version published on this page applies.
